Very impressive - glad we stopped by there on our way home. Issue with the noise coming from the left side of the car was quickly identified and resolved by Danny! Highly recommended! Second time came here because Costco could not undo the bolts on engine cover to change oil on our Honda CRV 2017, so Danny changed oil for us. We won't be going to Costco for oil change.
I can't speak more highly of the service and care we receive at Beams. Not only are their prices fair and competitive, their service is completely outstanding! Last time we brought our vehicle in for an oil change we were promptly called to tell us that our oil really looked great and a change really wasn't necessary yet! I could NEVER expect such honesty and care from a dealership shop!
Beams has a customer for life in us. We are always presented with options to consider with full explanations and no undue pressure. We have never felt that unnecessary work was being done (in one case, we went in for an oil change due to the timing, but were told it wasn't needed). If you want high quality work done by a small local business that operates with honesty and integrity, I highly recommend Beams.
