I had tried few different places in Ottawa but Beauty Time is the best in town so far. They're professional and so honest with the client. My lashes was weak and damaged when I came to see them. Instead of offering me a new set, they recommended me to take a break and use their serum to growth my lashes. I appreciated their honesty. I have seeing them for more than 2 years and will never go anywhere else.

I have been going here regularly for months now and I have never had a bad experience. I always get Vivian to do my lashes and she is really skilled and super sweet. Beauty time is very customer oriented and after each appointment they text you a couple days after to ask how you like them which i have never been to another lash studio that dose that before. You can also book appointments via text message which I find to make everything so much easier! I cant thank them enough for the wonderful job they do each time and the professionalism they have. If you need your lashes done you cant go anywhere else that will treat or accommodate you better then Beauty Time !!!!

My lashes after a week still look like brand new. I love them. The staff and technicians were absolutely amazing. The salon is very clean. I like how they have the shield between the client and technician during covid time. Highly recommend this place !

Edit: I came in again on Tue, May 07, 2019 to have a new set of 3D lash extension with Karly LacMay and had the most terrifyingly horrible experience. During the process, there was a sharp pain on the corner of my left eye. After she was done, she said that I might have an allergy with the weather (my eyes were fine before I came in). She then applied eye drops. A day later, the pain got progressively worst and it was only on one eye- the left eye that was hurting during the lash extension process. Two days passed, I could barely blink properly. So I came in to remove them. May Ling was supposed to be doing the removal. Instead, she insisted it was either my fault or I already had allergies to the weather. While I was on the bed with my eyes close, she snapped a few pictures and took a video of my eyes without my consent instead of removing the lashes. Later, Vivian came and finally removed the lashes. She was great. A day after the lash removal, my eyes are back to normal. If I had allergies due to the weather, my eyes would still be watery and itchy. So, it wasn't caused by any allergies from the weather. It was either they changed their products or the technician was not doing it properly. Either way, they persistent that it wasn't their fault. I am giving 2 stars because they really did a great job previously. If you are looking to come here, request for Vivian. She knows what she is doing. I can't say the same for Karly LacMay or May Ling. By far, the best eyebrows and lashes place in town. Prices are reasonable. Service is always satisfaction, quality is always premium. I had my lash curled and they lasted over 2 months. The lash extensions work they do here is amazing. The lashes are light and last longer than average lash extensions as long as you follow their instructions. You won't feel rushed, and the place is clean.

I got Russian 3-D extensions done by Lily and my experience was fantastic! She customized the service to my liking and made sure I was satisfied with the end product. Their pricing is also very good for the quality of the services they provide and they follow all necessary COVID-19 safety regulations. I would %100 recommend coming here and supporting this business.

Beauty Time is always SO professional! Even during covid, the measures they take are above and beyond. Super clean, super accommodating and the personal touch of follow up via text is so nice. I would and have recommended to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much for all your hard work !!

Got a lash lift with them and honestly was the best decision I made. The staff were super caring and made sure that I was comfortable and happy throughout my experience. The place was clean and they took the right precautions. 10/10 definitely would recommended coming here!
