Canadian tire exceeded my expectations in their honesty, quality and the range of service given. 1st time was when I had to tow my car urgently to the nearest Service Center and luckily it was Canadian Tire at Barrhaven. They fixed the problem in minutes and got the battery replaced. This time I booked for a full service to get the car ready for winter. I thought I need new winter tires, but after checking they said it’s in good shape and didn’t try to do any hard sell or any extra service! Thanks to all & special thanks to Marc for his leadership, thorough knowledgeable and customer-focused approach. Honest, First class service. Fast, Efficient and friendly. I will happily continue my car service with them & No hesitation in recommending Canadian Tire Services.

Was told that I could call the store myself when I asked them to do a item check for a hold. I work in retail and know the policies, Wolfy if you are reading this i want you to know your staff is ill trained and ineffective at their basic tasks enjoy the 1 star rating

Very good experience. Did a curbside pick up for a larger item. Associate was very friendly and helpful. I also did a pick up at the self-serve bins. These were pretty cool. Punch in your code and the locker pops open.
