Went to get my cat neutered last week, the Vet Tech I met was very nice! The surgery was good as well and incision done right. My cat however, picked up a really really bad virus and had no other choice but to be admitted into hospital. Note that I have no other pets in house and he’s a house cat TERRIFIED of the out doors... He had a large ulcer after the surgery and a bad fever and is not even eating nor drinking. I would question the sanitary protocols there prior to getting your animal fixed.

Great online registration /waitlist system during pandemic... process was easy and clear. Staff friendly and professional. I got a call to book appointment after a few months registering online and although the wait time is long, the entire process is smooth. Had two female cats neutered and both returned home happy, hungry and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Very helpful and great service. The vet doing the surgeries took a minute to talk about what was going to happen with a phone call the day before and it was very appreciated. A huge thumbs up.

Unfortunately it's still expensive for people on odsp. And to expect a 75.00 deposit is alot for those on assistance. I have to budget for even food in a month. I just don't have the fee for the deposit. I have nothing against staff. They are very nice. Gave helpful tips over the phone about anxiety for my pup. It would just be way better if they had some sort of payment plan. Because to pay all at once is just too much.

Everything went so smoothly, even with the situation with Covid. Staff were very nice, and prices are much cheaper than with a vet. Our corgi recovered nicely with no complications. We cannot even see the scar anymore. They even clipped her nails, which is a pain for us to do! Very impressed and highly recommend!

I just brought my kitty Milo back. He was neutered within the scheduled time. It was easy to book and take him for drop off and pick up. They even clipped his nails for me! The folks at this clinic are doing awesome work despite the pandemic. Thank you SO so much for taking such good care of my little friend!

I give Clinic 5 . They where organized and kind. Chloe surgery was perfect her recovery was super. They went over and above. Clipped her nails and gave her a good brushing. Amazing
