Conduct Law goes above and beyond for their clients. JP and his team are exceptionally knowledgeable in business law, real estate law, and estate planning. If you're a business owner looking to grow your business the right way, I highly recommend Conduct Law without reservation.

The group at conduct law are excellent! Christina Lachance and Julia Kinsbury were extremely efficient, knowledgeable and able to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and clear that they had our best interests in mind. Jeffrey McAvoy was also very good at checking up on us to make sure we were well taken care of. I would highly recommend the entire team.

J.P. and Christina have been a delight to work with on our Dynamic Equity and Shareholders Agreements, and other company contracts. Friendly and amenable. Patient and obliging. Keen to help us tailor these documents to our taste and requirements, they've been great throughout. We had to engage in the process to understand this not-so-simple subject, but as a result we came away with 10 team members in positive agreement. A great foundation towards our company future!

They were helpful to let us know some of the pitfalls with startups in Canada. But quoted us thousands for a dynamic equity and shareholders agreement, but have a policy of never taking dynamic equity themselves. Seems like they don’t have faith in their own product. Seems like if they were really onboard with Mike Moyer's Slicing Pie philosophy, they would take their own medicine and accept (even a token amount) of their fees in dynamic equity from their startup clients.

My family and I have been a client of JP for over 20 years and have also been working with Christina for over 5 years and I have say that they are absolutely the best of the best. We have never met any legal professionals that are as caring, diligent and a pleasure to work with than JP, Christina and the whole team at Conduct Law. They are the epitome of professionalism and we are lucky and proud to be their client!
