Listen up Ottawa! My mom's 91 year old friend went to Divine nails last Wednesday and this is what she left with. The young lady who did her nails started grinding down the nail...To the nail bed! My mom's friend had to pull her hand back in pain! They were unable to put new nails on the two that were damaged... But get this... They still charged her 5 a hand for the removal and for the 8 nails they did do! They charged her 62 for damaging her nails and now she can't even touch anything with her middle finger without pain. How can you injure an elderly woman and still charge her for it! Never go here they'll rip off your wallet and your nails.

I really like my nails, the atmosphere was pleasant. Good value. I do feel that if the owner was just invested a little more money into the business, they'd see a return. A few hours of cleaning, some name tags, ceiling tiles and a stereo system that doesn't crackle would go a long way to making this a solid regular spot for Nepean spa-goers
literally the BEST place to get nails done. I get mine done a lot and I've tried places all over the city but divine has my heart, they are just so kind and do such a good job. I love my nails everytime I go.
Jason is amazing and does a wonderful job on nails. I am a very very picky woman and he takes his time to please me and meet my needs. He is a pleasant young man and considerate. I would suggest anybody to go here and get your nails done :)
A wonderful spa with incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and caring staff! I go often for manicures and pedicures and I am never disappointed. The best shellac service I have ever gotten was here. Previous shellac polish from other places has discoloured (odd!) and chipped. Tonight I requested lash extensions (wedding soon!) and they were phenomenal. I highly recommend this place. Sometimes you might have to wait a bit longer than you might want, but fact is they are busy because they are known for their great service and you see how they all try to make sure the customer is extra happy.
