These guys are fantastic! Very helpful with my online order all the way through. They continued to answer all my dumb questions and shipped the guitar the day I placed the order . Their customer service is very responsive as well. I would happily purchase from Fleet again! Definitely checking this place out in person next time I'm in Ottawa, they've have so much unique gear!

Great selection and even greater staff, John is insanely knowledgable about all things guitar and if he doesn't know the answer to a question he sure knows where to find it, I don't think I've ever experienced that level of personal attention and understanding while shoping for anything. John made sure that I was armed with the information I needed to make an informed decision I was happy with and his input was invaluable, he also seemed just as excited about checking out and testing the guitars as I did. Even though I encountered minor issues with my purchase the staff was super accomidating and assisted to the best of their ability to find a suitable solution that I couldn't be happier with. All-in I'd say if you're new to musical instruments or a pro this is the place to go, I just can't get over the level of care about their customers these guys have.

Found this store online, they had the parts I needed in stock. The best part was the price match, I didn't have to wait for my local retailer in the GTA to order the parts. Shipped and arrived in 2 days, perfect! Will definitely come and visit here after the pandemic is over. Good luck and thanks for serving the music community.

I’ve been going to this music store for 6 years at the time of review. Always had the best prices, and the employees advice is top notch. Every time I’ve ignored their advice, I’ve regretted it within a week. Great environment for trying out instruments, and very patient with inexperienced customers (speaking from my own experience haha)
