Absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do NOT waste your money on extended warranties with geek squad - they are very unprofessional, phone agents are not knowledgeable at all, and they always provide conflicting information. I’ve been without a stove for 2 weeks and still No one has come to look at it. There are never any managers available to speak with either. I will never purchase appliances from Best Buy again. All they care about is taking your money, and once they have it, they treat you like garbage.
Just don't deal with this outfit... ever.

Got ripped off a macbook for the warranty 1000 dollars, told me to pay as soon as it was up since there was a problem with my macbook air. Well i had a macbook pro for FIVE years used, no problems. Does that not tell you what a scam geek squad is, its shameful best buy even supports them
