Good service, standard supplements store. Do your research before going in, especially if you want to get into bodybuilding etc. Don't over commit, only start getting in supplementation if you are working out heavily several times a week. Anything less and you're better off just eating right and adding a bit more easy protein like milk, nuts, and extra meat portions to your diet.

Horrible. I used to use this supplement store a lot back when I was in highschool..but as of a few years ago they have started closing the store before the closing times on the sign. That, accompanied with the ridiculous prices lost a customer. Never buying from GNC again especially not from the one in Barrhaven Center.
