After changing my lifestyle considerably and losing 75lbs (from significantly obese to ormal\ according to BMI), I decided to consult with both Derek for potential feet issues since I was walking 12km per day. I also consulted with Alia on my diet and learning to maintain my weight. I can say that both were amazing! They are both super nice people, understanding and helpful. Derek determined I didn't really need any significant orthotics and that I can continue exercising but did suggest I get better shoes. He was right and it made a huge difference. Alia has now consulted with me and gave me plenty of tips adapted to my situation. Re enforced some of my techniques but also suggested some changes, especially with food timing that should prove very helpful. Great advice all around.
