I am very happy with my Katzkin seats and the level of service here. Todd listened to what I wanted and ordered exactly the style I was looking for. He kept me updated as to when they should be delivered, he was very pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. Alex, was also great to deal with, helpful to book the appointment and even willing to stay a bit after closing because I was running late with traffic. The seats themselves are beautiful and perfectly installed. They look awesome, I'm extremely happy and will definitely use Hyperion again in the future.

All I can say is WOW! For 2 years, I've been procrastinating fixing my stereo because I thought it was going to cost me a fortune! I called around today and contact Hyperion Technologies. They were the ONLY shop to tell me to come in and they would give me some guidance - I was wanting to fix it myself. Alex was amazing! Within minutes of arriving, he already had my dash apart and my stereo out! I was told by a few people that it might be a blown fuse in the back. He checked for a fuse on the back of the unit and found one. It turns out it was exactly what the problem was! Alex replaced the fuse (at no charge!), put my stereo and dash back together and I was good to go in under 10mins! I will definitely call Hyperion first, when I need my next audio repair! The other audio shops were dismissive with my ideas for what I needed or they told me I would have to change everything! I truly appreciate Alex taking the time to go above & beyond :)

Bought what I thought I needed to install an under seat subwoofer. They were pleasant enough to deal with but I discovered after running all my cables and putting my head unit back in that I needed a Y cable RCA adapter. So I send my wife back for this simple cable that more people than me must have needed. No I don’t want to spend a bunch of time wiring it up for high level through speaker cables. NO the cable I needed was NOT in the package I bought. What I need for my stereo to function properly is a Y CABLE. So it will appropriately set the level for the subwoofer and not use the connection to front or rear speakers which are already connected to speakers. Why tell my wife I have what I need and send her away three times?? This can’t be the only stereo with a single MONO out specifically for a subwoofer. Now my car is half apart while I wait for the 9 cable I need from Amazon. I wish I’d just ordered all of it from Amazon.
