The staff are super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They placed an order for me for something they don't usually carry in the store, and it arrived in a week. I truly appreciated that. The store has a good mix of products. My recommendation is to just ask if you have any questions, they were quick to look up something on the web and asked all the right questions to make sure I was buying the product I needed. I recommend shopping here!

Clean store with lots of parking. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good rewards program. Shop local. Quality supplements which are much better than grocery or drug store quality. Have any questions- the staff can help you. Will return for all my vitamin needs. Also carry many local and Canadian made vitamins which rank in top quality. Keep Canada in business
