The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I was highly impressed by the staff knowledge and service that I received for picking my glasses was 10/10. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to get a pair of glasses. I will also say associate Aziz and Will made this experience the best will also highly recommend them to anyone.

A VERY warm (and professional) reception awaited me when I walked in the store, contrary to what I was expecting, i.e. "corporate-dry professionalism. My goodness, they actually giggled at my jokes!! It really changed my opinion of I supposed my reception to be like.
I'm buying my eye glasses from LensCrafters Bayshore Mall store for a few years now because of good service they provide. Last summer i had to change my lenses 3 times and they helped me every time. William fixed my problem at the third attempt. I have been there again yesterday to buy new driving glasses and William took great care of that trouble of mine. He is a great professional!
They are providing great service even during this covid times. Two of their staff that helped me were very friendly and make your experience great, but one of staff at this location did not seem welcoming. Their frames and prescription lenses are all really expensive as they are mostly designer brands, so not something everyone can afford unless you have insurance. But you will get great quality and my last pair of glasses lasted me 5 years.

Please dont waste your time at this store. Customer service zero. They dont do the eye exam properly. Also very little collection. Return or replacement forget it. They dont do it
