Dr. Muggeridge was very professional, efficient, and kind and interactive with my kids. The prescription he provided worked wonders for my vision. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend!

In my opinion, the optometrist lacked experience, couldn't pay attention to details and had difficulty maintaining concentration. My husbands eye appointment lasted barely 5-8 min and I walked out of mine in less than 5min realising it was wastage of my time and money. We get tested every 2 yrs and wait 2-3 months for this appointment. They need to hire experienced optometrist to be able to provide a good service. On positive note, I did bring up the issue on spot and the optometrist handled my complain professionally, was very polite and didn't charge me an examination fee. I am writing this review with hope that support could be provided to the optometrist to develop right skills to help improve on their services.

Experience was ok but my left eye prescription seems off. Asked costco to check the glasses and they say it's exactly as prescribed. The only other explanation is my prescription is off...I'm not about to pay for another prescription but understandably I'm upset it's not bang on. First time in my life this has happened.
