I lost the remote for a DVD player which I replaced with a purchase from the Source. None of the different codes specified in the instruction sheet for the remote allowed it to navigate in the menu for any DVD film which I attempted to view. I then searched in Yellow Pages for a repair shop to solve my dilemma and came across Nova Visual Products. I was greeted in a highly friendly manner by Mike St. Louis on entering the Nova shop on Concourse Gate. He asked how I had located their business while explaining that they usually serve only large companies such as Bell and Telus. Although not a retailer oriented to serving individuals, Mike turned me over to Andrew Galligan, an installer with the firm. Andrew, also a most friendly man, worked for a half hour until he found an app which searched automaticlly to locate the code (not listed on the instruction sheet) which connected the remote to my VCR. On asking Mike and Andrew how much i owed for this service, I was amazed to be told that it was charged to goodwill. I departed with my equipment after leaving a small gratuity. In my expereince, few busnesses to-day offer such great service gratuitously. Brian Hartley
