Dealing with this company has been amazing. Always in communication with me and keeping me up to date with what's going on, with any large or small changes. Very willing to explain in detail and make sure I understood what was going on, and even when I didn't and I had to ask for the tenth time they didn't mind explaining me everything again. We had a lot going on personally at the time and they helped me find the best deal for my budget, did lots of work looking for the best fit for me and my needs. The paper work was easy to send back and forth, through email text and calling. In my experience it was very easy and peaceful interacting with my agent. It felt like I was dealing with a friend rather than an associate, I appreciate that more than anything. Any and all changes that needed to be made were never an issue. I recommend this company to anyone. The staff were very helpful and the process was taken care of quickly. Thank you.

When it came to finding a policy and getting everything signed had great service. BUT once all is done any questions or concerns took months and never returned calls. Thannkfully never needed to make a claim. After 5 years of business you would think I would be priority even had to cancel with another agent due to lack or service. Found 3x cheaper insurance so I guess worked out in my benefit this time.

Tried to get commercial insurance. E-mailed then several times in 6 months and got nothing but excuses as to why they couldn’t provide a quote. Once the guy I was dealing with left the company the second employee did the same! No respect for client time and no ambition to make new clients. Poor poor poor service!

Not impressed with this company. I started with one of their recommended carriers and it worked well. They decided to drop this carrier and switch to another without notice. I told the agent not to auto renew with this carrier as I am not impressed. So they went ahead and resigned me up for another year without talking to me. This carrier cant seem to take the payment on the agreed date After close to 40 yrs of driving this has been the worst experience dealing with an agency. Can't reach a manager or anyone that seems interested in dealing with the problems so I will take my money and business elsewhere.
