From the time that Neil provided us with his quote till the completion of the job by Andrew and Jacob, we were 100% satisfied. We had a double railing installed for our three front steps to match the railing on our porch by our home builder. The job was completed in under two hours and was done to perfection (spindles spaced perfectly). They cleaned up and left us with tips for maintenance. They were both professional and polite. We now have peace of mind and a two great railings. We would definitely recommend Ottawa Deck and Rail.

Really happy with the work they did installing railings on our front stairs. Neil helped us pick out a style and colour. Andrew did our install and did great work, looks and feels awesome.
