I didn’t have to interact with the school a lot, except for the initial part. They were good at assisting and finding me an instructor I had asked for. My instructor Zaid was excellent! Thanks to him, I cleared the G test on my first try. I would recommend Zaid to anyone who’s learning to drive!

The customer service isn't the best as they take long to respond. However, the driving instructor (Zaid) that I had was incredible. I will definitely use him again for a refresher before my test. I would and will recommend Zaid to everyone.
Egotistical trainer! God complex... The office is very helpful and forthcoming. On the other hand... The driver instructor “Zaid” has extremely low/ nonexistent communication skills, and is quite rude! As a paying customer trying to book or rebook lessons and waiting over 30hrs at times to hear back about a hour appointment is incredibly unprofessional. ( especially when its text message straight to his phone) Talks/treats people as though they are less human then him.:( ( demoralizing) This man has convinced himself that he is not expendable! And people ( paying customers) should have to deal with his attitude or they can F**k off. WRONG! Lost a customer for life!
Alan is an excellent instructor and I had a wonderful experience receiving in-car lessons from him! He was calm and knowledgeable and he patiently went over everything I need to pass my Full G road test. At the beginning I didn’t expect I can pass my test because I know many people that failed on their first try. I Passed on my first try!! I am very happy with the experience with the wonderful instructor Alan! Highly recommend him for all learners!
Mohammad is a fantastic driving instructor! I cannot say enough on his behalf. I was really nervous and he helped me build confidence in my driving. He gave me tips and formulas to drive and park perfectly every time. Trust him to let you know when he thinks youre ready to pass the test. After 3 lessons he told me to book and i was 100% confident and ready to pass by the time my test came around. I Passed!
