We needed to buy under cabinet led lights for our new kitchen. Started looking on Amazon, thinking it would be pretty straight forward. After getting completely lost in the specs and details, I found Ottawa Led on Google. Sam was so helpful, taking the time to call us to explain everything: calculating the load on the transformers, determining the length of led strips required for our multiple spaces in the cabinets, help choosing channels and connectors. We had special order transformers and even still, from the time we ordered to being ready for pick up was less than a week. Pick up was easy and once again, Sam went through everything with me to make sure I understood it all. What an amazing experience with a company truly interested in ensuring their customers are happy. Pricing was good also! Would definitely buy here again!

Sam was extremely helpful and responsive. Great customer service from initial contact to installation. Knowledgable in his products and specifying the right parts for the job. The quality of the strips, connections, controller and power supply were excellent. I would not hesitate recommending Ottawa LED to friends and family.
