Quick and professional work by Joe and his team. Was skeptical about the lease I was signing, went through a lawyer, paid the extra , yet was informed nothing in particular I should be worried about. Double-checked any concerns I had and Joe was able to answer them in great detail. Joe follows up by checking on us from time to time to make sure we're still happy with the property. Whenever we need something and ask for help, Joe is the first one to respond and lend us his expertise. See that big red building, that's one happy customer that has now become four.
