Rob was awesome! He was super nice, professional and efficient. We had a leak in a pipe under our sink, and he came in and had it fixed right away, and was in and out in a little over an hour.

I moved into their 425 Daly building and moved out 4 months later. Not only did I have constant issues with plumbing, mould, and parking... but their staff verbally harassed my wife many times (specifically Franco). My wife was also physically injured on site due to poor maintenance of their stairs and they claimed no responsibility. Had contractors come in and refuse to wear a mask during the COVID pandemic lockdown and yell at my wife and I when we asked them too. Very unprofessional company clearly owned by someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing. The landlord Amanda is very rude with her tenants threatens them, and protects her staff (family owned business) more than anything. The only positive thing I have to say about Serco Group is their worker Rob is FANTASTIC. Very genuine about his work and service. Other than that, Would not recommend dealing with Serco for anything.
The maintenance team has been great (Rob is awesome!); always very efficient and handles things well.
Quickly resolved the issues in my apartment. They were very courteous. Showed up on time and followed all health and safety requirements.
These guys have rats in their Daly building and Amanda is a really bad landlord. That's putting it lightly, I'd write an essay of how bad my experience was living in their building but I just can't be bothered. Serco realty, serco construction, serco whatever, are the same people. This review is not false, ignore the response from the owner. They also take down reviews from yellow pages.
