Our whole family LOVES Silver 7! They offer jujitsu, boxing/kickboxing classes and family martial arts classes for all ages! Our whole family enjoys doing their in person classes and zoom classes! They are very clean and organized facility that makes you feel safe to do in person classes while also being able to do classes while at home through zoom! With two young children they offer great martial arts programs that give the children confidence, respect and a great outlet for their energy. They also offer wonderful summer and after school care! My son can’t wait to go to their summer camps again this summer! Their staff members are all very professional, knowledgeable and make their classes lot of fun to do! If your looking for a fun way to stay healthy and fit as a family I could not recommend Silver 7 more!
