I called this store from Whitby because my brother lives in Nepean and we can’t spend Christmas together due to covid. The gift I want to get him is available in store only and cannot be shipped. The lady over the phone, Sepidar, was very friendly and so helpful to ensure the gift was wrapped so he wouldn’t know what it is when he picks it up— amazing customer service!!

Great prices. However. 3 staff working and playing and laughing amongst themselves. Did not interact with us at all. Left without buying anything. Spend your money where the staff appreciate their customers.
