Natasha and her team have been amazing, especially during these difficult times during the pandemic. I noticed that someone had given a review that they could not find someone in the office 5 months ago and I find that very unfortunate for someone to say as the agency location was closed due to the pandemic. The team helped me on an evening call (as I needed this time slot) during the “work from home” mandate more than once to review my business insurance and investments questions and help structure things to help me during this time but also keep me on track to achieve my retirement goals. I give her and her team 5 stars but would give them more if it was possible!

I was with this insurance company 18 years for auto insurance. The rates are high and the will stick you for every penny they can. Natasha Hall is never in the office I have never once been able to speak with her. Many of the people on the phone speak very poor english and there is definitely a barrier when trying to relay information. I never had a single claim with them and was able to get better coverage and service from CAA insurance and saved 350 dollars a year. Buyer beware the service has gone way down hill since management change and prices are top dollar for sub par service. DO NOT INVEST OR SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Since Kim left this place is a farce.

Was with them for a couple years. Natasha went out of her way for us at first-we were new clients. However, after that short period, we became a number with pretty much everyone we talk too, I provided constructive feedback but continued to receive poor service and conflicting information.

Very impressed with the service. We needed insurance for my daughter for an unexpected trip to the US. I dealt with Mark Humphreys. Within minutes my daughter was insured. The conversation was pleasant, good humoured, and I was advised to waive the deductible since the cost for insurance was the same, with or without a deductible. I genuinely felt the staff were looking out for my best interests (not typical of insurance company stories) and genuinely deserve a 5 star rating. Again, very impressed.

Excellent customer service, and respect from the entire team at this location! Gregory Findlay was very polite, and assisted me in getting a competitively priced auto insurance policy. I would also like to mention both Stephan Chantal and Natasha Hall have been beyond helpful with every change I've made to my policy, and you can feel comfortable knowing you're in good hands with their team!

I have been dealing with Natasha Hall's office for several years and have referred many of my clients, staff and friends to her office with fantastic results! After reading the last post I feel it is important to share my experiences on Google review. The service we have received has been nothing less than impeccable, her staff have made changes to my policies easy and seamless. When a return phone call is required it is done professionally and in a reasonable amount of time. It seems we live in a world of wanting things done "Now" and thinking that a proper quote or review can be done in mere moments is unrealistic. Knowing Natasha and her staff take the time to review my needs properly and are helping shape my retirement future as well as those I have referred to her office is truly reassuring! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for Investment advice and insurance.

So we renewed our home insurance policies (yes more then one property) and now CO-OPERATORS IS DEMANDING PHOTO'S OF THE INTERIOR OF OUR HOME. There is nothing in my policy that says I have to provide photos of the interior of my homes. WE HAVE NO PROBLEM ALLOWING A HOME INSPECTION but our personal privacy is more important to me than the years of business we have given to Co-operator's. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT IF YOU DO VALUE YOUR PRIVACY DO NOT INSURE WITH CO-OPERATORS. At no time where we informed that photos of the interior were required until after the paperwork was sign. It's not on their website nor in our contract. Should they terminate it's on them. We did not violate the terms of the signed legal contract. UPDATE: They did terminate our policies.

Avoid the Co-operators. They will go out of their way to screw you at every opportunity and if you have questions about anything, not a single person you speak to can help you and will try to redirect you to someone else. 18 days to assess damages and 5 days to come up with a settlement offer that will be 40% than it should be. They don't care about their customers at all and they'll just keep trying to take all of your money. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
