A complex manager is not responsible. I contacted this place in December last year to check the availability of apartments for March 2021. I was told to call back on January 4th. I called and manager whose name is Shabel told me to call back later which I did but he never answered again... Make long story short. This person was ignoring my emails and after all I fond on Kijiji an apartment rent ad for Viewmount Woods and it was the number of manager there. Nobody ever answered either my call or message. Contacting Apollo property customer service gives no results. That apartment is already gone from Kijiji, probably it has been rented. It is not professional, at least. Now I see why Apollo Property has such a low rating and bad reviews.
