Please note that Yards Unlimited has the wrong prices on their website and are not honoring the listed price. Indicates 125 for a consult and it is actually 165. I decided to go forward and book the consult after I clearly indicated what I was looking for, a drawing and plant suggestions, figuring it was worth the price if I could plan off this . The drawing I received I could have done better myself and was actually based on two pictures I provided - no original design. It was only after I insisted for plant suggestions that I received some. The consult fee is simply to get you in the door to get a cad design fee which starts at 600. Please note a live in the burbs and this was for a very tiny front yard design. While the designer was nice the expectation and the product were very different.
