Freindly staff but the store closed so it's just a porthole opening and there is always a wait.
NOT OPEN WHEN THE HOURS ARE SHOWN. Got there before 5 and everything is locked, delivery driver clearly didn't buzz in and just said it wasn't safe to leave as I was home waiting all morning anyway.
Can't even send parcel anymore. Useless.
Closes way too early in the afternoon. The workers seem grumpy and don’t want to be there to work.
Unable to pick up my packages because of the stupid opening hours. Have at least one weekend day open, even if it's just till 1pm. It's extremely frustrating.
This is not a post office, it is a collection centre only now
Got a card saying theres a parcel to pick up go to collect it and they cant find it ...then we are supposed to supply a number they never gave us to track it ....so in other words it's been lost or stolen by some light fingered employee and they're trying to get out of it ....pathetic
