Great customer service from Tanya she helped me out when my card was playing up she fixed it up straight away and she was very friendly and courteous. Thanks you Tanya
I am absolutely disgusted with the service that I received from one of your employees at your BP Nerang location this evening (8th July @ 22:59). I was served my one of your employees by the name of Tanya L (name found on proof of purchase). I was simply trying to pay for my fuel where she was trying to accused me of fraud as I was paying using my Apple Watch which your eftpos machine asked me to input the last 4 digits on my bank card which I tried to do however your employee interrupted me stating that I was doing wrong and that by inputting my last four digits was fraud. She then continued to argue with me, cancelled the transaction and made me put it through again. I am still waiting to see if both transaction have came out of my account and if so I demand a full refund. I left and went back into my car and almost cried because I was being accused of something that I could never imagine doing. From my experience in customer service I have always been told that the customer is always right. I believe that this employee needs some more training in this or this role just isn’t for her. I will not be returning to any BP locations until something has been done about this.
