Pitiful place to visit & even more pitiful to work here. Most of the staff have been retrenched, misery is the ambience that reigns supreme in this establishment. Be prepared to wait up to 3- 4 hours to see someone, who probably will not be able to help you anyway. After spending 8 weeks trying to help a friend who was very sick, I ended up phoning the complaints line. The issue was dealt within 2 days. Metered parking has just been put in, makes sense doesn't it, for the people who have no money. Should hang your head in shame Gold Coast Council.

Great service! The staff are great to deal with. One was really short with me but must be having a stressful day.
Painful at best, came in at 3:45 after leaving work early, only to be told they couldn't process a pre filled Medicare renewal form, because "there wasn't enough time" "we like to process Medicare forms before 11:30" If this is the case, the information should be posted to the website, as il now be 1.5 days down on personal/annual leave. Afternoon of, wasted, thanks!
ONLY A 5 STAR BECAUSE OF ALICIA AT NERANG Since loosing my job to COVID-19 I have had to apply for Job seeker (I havent had a more stressful time, It has been an absolute nightmare). its now 2 months later and still no payments. I had been into the nerang centerlink a few times (I was never allowed to speak to someone, the recieption turning me away and telling me to call, which takes 2-6 hours). Yesterday 28/05/2020 I went into centerlink and was pretty determined to speak to someone as nothing had progressed and was thankfully placed in an appointment with Alicia (long dark hair, young, really lovely) (sorry if I have spelt her name incorrectly) she helped me and told me to bring back forms I had to fill out tomorrow, during the night I got a response from centerlink informing me that my claim had been rejected due not being eligible and that I was eligible for job keeper and to contact my employer however I AM APPLYING FOR CENTERLINK BECAUSE I LOST MY JOB. So I went back in today 29/05/2020 and honestly if it wasnt for her this review would be getting a -0.. She helped and dare I say she actually cared that nothing had progressed so she did something about it. I walked out of centerlink with my claim back in and all completed because of this amazing girl! also can we pay attention to the fact she sorted something in a 30 minute appointment which has taken the company 2 month to try and deal with. THANK YOU AGAIN ALICIA, YOU’RE AMAZING!
I went to enroll on my Medicare and we have the greatest experience from the beginning to the end. Everyone very friendly and quick service. I was concern to go to Robina office by after read all the feedbacks I decided to go to Nerang and it was really good choice.
