We bought Pool Mats online from here. At first pre-Christmas delivery time was questionable, but they went out of there way updating us on courier delivery times to make sure we received before Christmas eve. Thanks for the communication. You guys deserve a shout out. 5 stars, thanks!! :)
Was really hoping that this place would live up to the positives reviews but it didn't! From being ignored for other customers who come in after you to being overcharged for something out of the scrap pile and being sold something that you weren't after "too bad we've already cut it". WH&S must be not existent in this business with trip hazards all over the shop floor I would hate to see what the workshop looks like. Would not recommend!
The staff were very helpful getting our camper trailer all sorted with comfortable custom made mattresses with a quick turnaround. Thanks guys, highly recommend.
We had a 3 seater lounge & 2 single chairs recovered and new foam. Our initial contact was great - the staff knew what they were talking about and were helpful. A few weeks later, there was a miscommunication and I was told our job was ready to be picked up but when I arrived 3 days later the job was not complete -the staff member said he had found out that morning - but didn't call to let me know - so my 3 hour return trip was wasted. However, a few days later the owner drove the missing bits down to me which was great! All's well that ends well. Thank you.
