I'm able to hire a chainsaw for 24 hours for the same price that kennards hire charge you for 2 hours, so why would anyone bother hiring a chainsaw from kennards when Coates literally giving you 12 times the value. The team at Nerang are a great bunch, I have found them to be super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The mower I just hired last night was the best mower I ever used, I have hired mowers from many places over the years, they told me it's a 1,000 mower. Can't see myself using any other hire place again.

The guys out at Nerang branch are great, with excellent customer service, friendly, extremely helpful and understanding regarding a well over due (2weeks @ 60/day hire cost) engine crane hire and took into consideration the events that happened and waved the over due amount and should be looked at when setting the standard to meet customers needs and expectations. These guys have well exceeded my expectation and will highly recommend them and will only use them from here in end. Even the driver that picked the crane from home, was great and very friendly and helpful. Thanks heaps again Coates Hire Highland Park you guys are amazing and look forward to the next hire.
