My wife and I came here early last year and we didn't enjoy our experience at all with food, slow service and fight inside the hotel as we leaving and we didn't feel like we would return anytime soon! Luckily our friends invited us out for dinner recently and wanted to check out the hotel because they have accommodation and I didn't even recall seeing it last time we went however we all had a lovely night!!. Staff were really friendly , the food was joyous and on time and they had a male mananger who was very helpful . Looks like they under new management with great accommodation prices . John

Some great nights were had here with Crispian Dean when he ran the jam nights!! Found our band members here and had a rage !!
Staff were amazing very friendly. And im saying don't judge a book by its cover. The outside was not much to look at but when we went inside is was amazing done up beautifully
I have to give this venue 10 from 10. Accommodation was great. I had a choice of staying here or at a motel at Southport AFL club. In the 9 weeks that i have stayed on the coast it has been at this venue. Food was great and staff were the best. Thanks to Jenna for her jokes and happy personality . She must love her job .daily room service was appreciated as well
I went there few weeks ago, asked for a green Thai food that to be honest wasn’t so good. After my mother in law spoke to them we decided to go back, and they definitely listen to us! She ordered the same than my first one, and was delicious!!! All of the foods! Was definitely a great experience!! We was talking already to go back. It’s beautiful to see a place which really listen to their clients. Well done guys! The food was beautiful, the staffs lovely!
Surprisingly good room! We were very pleased with the staff and the room with a generous sized bathroom and bedroom. The rooms must be sound proofed as we heard no noise from the Pub/Bistro just below which was great. The bed was good too and we had a good nights sleep.
Called in for lunch. The food was awesome just what was needed for us. James and Kylie were so helpful. We will definately be back. Thank you for making our day.
Always friendly at this place. Well.worth a visit. It will become your local without even trying.
