Terrible experience at this branch. Staff extremely rude and unprofessional. Came into branch to deposit coins and to withdraw some cash to exchange for more coins again (for the purposes of coin collecting) and the manager essentially made me feel like a criminal - was asking me why I was getting so many 50 cent coins out and whether it was for a business or not and then proceeded to call me 'buddy' in front of all the customers like she was speaking to a 5 year old. Unacceptable.

The service is average but I signed up for a debit card and the lady I was talking to said that she had orders it and it will come in the mail in about a week so I waited a week, no card then the next week came, no card so I went back and said were is the card you said you ordered because a didn’t get it in the mail so it turns out it wasn’t order but eventually I got it but then recently I went to get my card upgraded to a different one but this time I went to the Robina commonwealth bank and the man said that he had orders it but of course he did not do it is now the third week and I still don’t have the card. This made me very angry so I thought I’d share it.

Horrible layout as the bank isn't a theatre. Staff can be as nice as they like but it doesn't change wait times to do a simple transaction or anything else . What was wrong with the lovely commonwealth bank Nerang use to have? The newer one doesn't cut it... Awful.

The day I went in to do a quick deposit all of the deposit terminals except 1 were out of order. The 1 remaining one had 4 people standing in line. I was curtly informed there were no tellers who could assist. Not such good service.
