Fantastic facility with knowledgeable and attentive trainers. Supportive training buddies and a healthy vibe. Go at your own pace and be celebrated for it! Easy to follow the trainers, each other, and demos on screen.

F45 Nerang is a great studio! I would give it 6 stars if I could. They go above and beyond just being a fitness studio and try to build a community. Laurence and Lauren are really great and super friendly owners!
