Professional, honest and down to earth. The best! Having used Andrew's professional services 14 years ago when buying our home we recently chose to use him as our selling agent. At that time Andrew quickly identified what we sort of property we were after and found a perfect match in very little time and within our budget. Now, on the other side as a seller, Andrew's knowledge of the business and local area showed in the information he provided, and in the price achieved at sale. Andrew's recommendations on how to present our home for sale contributed to a great outcome with a process that was as stress free as possible. Would definitely use his services again and would recommend Andrew as an agent who has his clients needs at heart.

Andrew is an excellent agent and exceeds expectations I had a typical 3 bedroom house for sale in the Nerang region of the Gold Coast. Andrew provided a clear outline of my selling options and recommended what was most appropriate for me which was certainly not the most expensive option. He recommended a sale price that was above my expectations but within a week we had a number of interested buyers and signed one up at a higher price than advertised. The building inspection raised a few issues that were easily resolved but resulted in the buyer backing out. Andrew moved quickly to organise contractors to complete the rectifications and put the property back on the market. Within a few days we had three more offers and have now sold the property for 30k over the advertised price and 50k over my expectations. At all times Andrew was clear efficient and professional and I have no hesitation in recommending him to others. I would definitely use Andrew again.

As a very happy and excited Vender Rachel was a Professional in her job. She new exactly what our Property could be worth on the Market today and new how to achieve it. For that I thank her very much. I contacted her on numerous occasions and always obliging to answer any queries or concerns I had. She kept me informed and up to date on my sale. I felt like she was a friend at the end. I take this opportunity to wish her well in her chosen Profession

It is with genuine enthusiasm that I rate and thank Rachel for a job well done. She was most obliging when I put my input into the advertising, presenting and selling of our property and her feedback is unprecedented. Rachel is a very professional and competent person who I would have no hesitation in referring. Look forward to our next property deal with you Rachel.

If you’re a single dad and self employed like me then I wouldn’t bother at the moment. The agency knows how competitive the market is right now and didn’t show me the respect to say this and that if I’m competing against a professional working couple without kids then the chances are very slim. Instead they say we look forward to receiving your application. Maybe they laugh about it in the office. To be fair though, they do process the application and allow the owner to make the final decision. As a prospective tenant we have no way of knowing so the poor review lands on the agency. I earned over 10k for the past 3 months and offered to pay 3 months rent in advance, I was willing to extend that to 6. We have no way of knowing if the offer was presented to the owner. My experience with this agency left me feeling demoralised and humiliated. I waited almost a week for an answer and wasn’t afforded the opportunity to extend my offer to 6 months, I would have done whatever it takes to secure the property I was interested in. For example, I would have provided a guarantor, 2 months bond. Anything. The market is really competitive, I’m leaving this review based on my experience. There is very little accommodation available across the entire Gold Coast at the moment, there is no such thing as social housing. The Gold Coast is my home, I have responsibilities, people that depend and rely on me and complicated medical concern with specialised health professionals. I needed this accommodation, not wanted or preferred. Where is the social responsibility for local people to have somewhere to live? The owners of investment properties won’t accept any. Anyway, good luck
