Ordered my supplements on the 28/1/20 and no update on the whereabouts of my products that I’ve already payed for so I try calling them and tells me their operators are busy so I had to leave my name and number so they could get back to me and still haven’t. Have tried calling them a heap of times and even emailed them about it and again still no response. Not really sure what to do about it at this point as it seems there’s NO way of getting in contact with them. These guys use to be quite good so not sure what happened. Is there anyone actually operating that place??

Don’t order through them! I placed on order during Blackout sale in Nov 2019. It is currently end of February 2020 and no news. I’ve called the factory and spoke to them numerous times. Emailed with no response. The excuse of floods, fires, warehouse renovations have all been used. I keep being circled through endless dead ends and still no products. I’m down 100’s of dollars. Time wasted calling them and Toll and no one can track the items. Absolutely shocking and seems like there are more people experiencing these issues.
Worst online sales service ever. Placed an order on 20/01/2020.. after more than 2 weeks of sending emails and trying to contact sales service by phone (which goes always to a voice mailbox) I finally received an email informing that my order was out of stock and that I would receive an alternative product. I cancelled the order and requested a refund.. the refund arrived back to my bank account after 2 weeks. Apparently this company is used to this practice because I read previous reviews with the same issue.. So if you don’t want to waste your time and get your favourite proteins chose a store other than Genesis..
Placed an order with Genesis and iHerb on the same day. iHerb has arrived no problems, still nothing from Genesis. I have called three times and left voicemail messages and no response. I have emailed, no response, I have tried on three occasions to contact using online chat without success, and I have also sent messages on social media, without raising a peep from them. I am now going through Visa Protection to get a refund and would recommend people trying other suppliers
I am very diappointed in your customre service. Not that my order took more than 2 weeks to get an update on it, the genesis team over the phone were not cooperative and did not listen to what I requested. I repeatedly asked to cancel my order and proceed with a refund but today I found out they sent the products anyway (After more than 2 weeks!!!!) I will never buy from this business again!! Nutrition warehouse has a much better team!
Received an email from Genesis on the 12th of Feb about a 15% EPH sale, placed an order that night. Have bought stuff from them in the past and normally shipped the next day. After 3 days of not receiving a shipped confirmation I sent a email inquiring about my order. Now 4 days had past and no reply to my email so I tried to call them and just got a message service so I left a message and also sent another email. Several more days had past and still no reply from Genesis, I attempted to call again and just got a message bank. After just over 2 weeks I got a refund after proceeding with a dispute through afterpay (who were amazing to deal with be the way). Beware when buying from this company I wont be again!
I am extremely disappointed I am in the service provided by this company. I ordered my goods on 11/01/2020. On 20/01 I contacted you as I hadnt received any communication. Chad assured me that there had just been a small delay and my order would be shipped shortly. It wasn't. On the 22/01 I contacted again, and was told every item ordered was out of stock and I would need to pick alternates which I did. The protein I had to switch to was cheaper than what I paid, so I was assured that this would be made up with a shaker and some free goodies. I was once again assured this would be packed and sent ASAP. On the 24/01 I contacted to cancel my order as the whole debacle was getting out of control. Chad informed me that my parcel had just been packed and was being shipped so I was not able to cancel it. Chad once again assured me that there would be some free goodies to make up for the excessive time frame I had to wait. Chad promised I would have a shipping notification in 1-2 business days. I didn't. On the 29/01 I lodged a PayPal dispute for the order. Finally on the 30/01/2020 my order was shipped! Yay free goodies are on their way! The parcel then of course got taken to the post office on 3/02 as a final frustration. I picked this up to day to discover that even after all of these frustrations and extended delays, there was absolutely no free goodies for the utterly terrible communication and service, as well as the fact I have not got what I paid for.
DONT ORDER THROUGH THEM!!! I placed an order over a month ago and have not received anything! Have tried calling, emails, Instagram, Facebook and nothing! I have gone into the store to get told it will be fixed on Monday and still nothing! They take your money and don't give you the product! I am at a loss of what to do now
