From start to finish the whole team at Hastings Floorworld made the purchase and installation of my new carpet a delight. Tori and Ryan did a fantastic job of removing the old and installing the new. The staff were very helpful, and the product was easy to use. Each plank was exact in measurement so it was easy to lay. Because we have a range of timber furniture, we chose 3 different coloured planks, and the variance in each pack gave us a good range of grain, pattern and colours. We are super happy with the results.

From the beginning to end Peter and his team were amazing. No job or query was too much and they are a team that is solution oriented. We chose the Evoke range Laminate for our living areas and the hypoallergenic carpet for our bedrooms. The entire house looks amazing, the team worked incredibly hard, communication was excellent and we highly recommend them!!! Just got my new dream floors by Hastings, Gold Coast. I've had the pleasure to meet both Rowen and Peter Hastings who were upfront, honest and knowledgeable. Mostly, I have the impression they are experienced in floor building and not hired sales reps telling me what I wanted. I even met Lachy, the younger Hasting and apprentice that did the actual prep and install. Praises to Nathan, the main installer and Lachy who did an amazing job - Both, were very nice, professional and thorough with their work. This is why I can truly say that Hastings are experts in their field and they are the local, family run business that you will want for your flooring needs. Absolute legends.

Cant recommend Hastings Floorworld enough! Great customer service and workmanship and really impressed with the products and the finish of our new flooring in all our bedrooms and media room! We wanted to rip up carpet and replace with hybrid flooring but didn't want to spend a fortune to do that as the carpet was only 4yrs old. I spoke with Joe from Hastings flooring and he listened to what we were after and was able to steer us in the right direction and for a price that was achievable for us. THANK YOU very much Hastings flooring for great service and a great job done on laying the flooring they look amazing and we get so many compliments on the flooring now! Love the product
