My brother and I went in today looking for a new wheel and cassette for his bike. The customer service was great. Bailey helped us while we were there and he was nothing but helpful. We weren't 100% on what we needed and he talked us through everything and we left very pleased.

I purchased a Mountain Bike from this store this week. The service I received was excellent. After riding it home I realized it was too small for me I called them went in the next day and the team at Just Ride spent the next hour getting the Bike right for me resizing the handle bar and seat height so I was comfortable riding it. After sales service was amazing thank you guys.
They have an excellent range of road and mountain bikes with knowledgeable advice and reasonable prices. Whether you are a first timer or pro, they will have you covered for parts, service or new kit.
What a great experience. From the first time coming into the shop to now buying my new ebike staff are amazing . Friendly and definitely know their stuff . Always helpful at any time you go in. Could not recommend just ride highly enough. Extremely lucky to have this shop close to home.
Great experience hiring / riding the Levo e-bike. Great fun at a fair price; you guys need to do a better job advertising, should be a must-do for cyclists.

Hands down the best customer service I’ve received in a good 15 years and most certainly the best I’ve ever received on the Gold Coast. I went in looking for a bike for my preteen son. Came out with a wealth of knowledge yet not feeling pressured to purchase or overloaded with information all the same. Returned to the store 4 days later without my children and was recognised immediately by the salesman, he remember exactly which bikes my son liked. He got everything set up, installed and ready within half an hour and made me feel as though nothing was a problem. So nice to find authentic, boutique style customer service is still happening on the Gold Coast. Well done just ride team! We will definitely be back for more bikes and gear!
