Went to Makin Mattresses Nerang to ask for information regarding our latex mattress we had purchased from them many years ago. The staff answered all our questions politely and professionally and let us choose our options in the peace and quiet of a dedicated room. Thank you for taking the time to listen to us.

Excellent service and advice.
I have been a long term customer of Makin Mattresses Nerang, buying over a dozen mattresses & 4 or 5 beds in my time there. I have generally found the quality of the product and the service to be great. That is, until my last 2 visits. The 2 staff on duty couldn’t not have been less interested or not engaged as these two were. Further to that, no client likes being insulted by being flat out lied to, and then to further the insult, be told that my business isn’t wanted there. When I requested to speak to the manager, was told the manager wouldn’t be phoned and to come back another day. Both staff on duty showed zero care and than had the hide to blame me for “making a scene”. All of this was over trying to negotiate a free delivery, was has been my standard discount and negotiation on every product I have ever purchased there, only to be told directly yesterday... “there is no record of you ever receiving free delivery”, to today stating... “oh I can see you had it on your last purchase”. I will be furthering my complaint to your manager, and you have lost a very long term customer.
I didn't know where to start looking for a mattress so I went to Makin Mattresses Nerang as I heard that they had good mattresses. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I explained to Christine the back problems we have and she explained their different mattresses to me so I was able to feel assured, I had picked the right one. Trusting a company and sales people is very important to me and I feel confident in my purchase and look forward to it arriving!
From the moment we walked into Makin’ Mattresses on the Gold Coast customer service was A Christine was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses and addressed our needs to find the perfect mattress. We were extremely pleased that the mattresses are completely Australian made using predominantly Australian product & materials.
Great staff. Extremely knowledgeable about their product and very patient. Buying my fourth mattress soon. Have been a returning customer since 2005 and will always come back
Bought a double bed for our guest room from the Gold Coast store. Great sales experience, I was shown all the options that fit our requirements but also felt like I was given the space to make a decision myself. They were also very accommodating with a quick delivery to meet our needs. Also the bed was at least a couple of hundred dollars cheaper (which for a 500 bed is a decent percentage less) than the equivalent offerings at the other stores we had visited. Definitely recommend shopping here.
