We got our bathroom renovated by Mike and the team and we couldn't be happier. They kept our home clean and tidy while they worked away and they got it all done on our tight schedule of 7 business days. Highly recommend!
QBR renovated my bathroom in late August/early September. Although measurements and check measurements were taken, I was recommended a vanity which was not compatible with the overhead mirrored shaving cabinet. It is impossible to wash one's face without hitting one's head on the shaving cabinet. When we complained, they said it was my fault for choosing that vanity (the one that the owner Mike recommended, him knowing the measurements of my bathroom space, and the dimensions of the vanity and shaving cabinet). At no point did they state with their years of building experience, that this combination of vanity and shaving cabinet would not be functional. Despite, asking for resolution of this problem, they have made no further attempts to address this. Quotes received from other companies suggest it would require up to 4000 to fix this. Other small details which were missed include leaving a nail sticking through the sliding cavity door space which has scratched the entire length of the cavity door, and holes in the wall above the laundry cupboard which weren't previously there, which weren't patched. Choosing this company was a mistake which has cost time, money, and inconvenience. Unless you can be there every step of the way to micromanage, and you have additional surplus budget, I wouldn't recommend.
The QBR team did such an amazing job on repairing our old bathroom. The transformation was absolutely amazing! Couldn't be happier with the finished product and the level of customer service they provided!

We recently had our two bathrooms renovated with QBR and the whole process from start to finish was a great experience. We were on a tight schedule running up to Christmas and we were actually finished a week ahead of schedule. Both my wife and I are extremely happy with the results. Mike and his team did a complete renovation of our ensuite. The whole team were so easy to work with, always pleasant and helpful. We were always welcomed at the showroom, ready to answer any questions we had. Works were completed within the timeframe set. The ensuite looks so beautiful - almost too beautiful to use. Highly recommended.
