Unfortunately it's more beneficial to shop at kmart etc & get new items for the same price & get a refund on returns. I saw clothes stained & needing mending AND they don't offer refunds only store credits.

Two times in a row the cash for containers labelling machine broke. Also didn't get the right amount of containers. First time I sent them in no refund. Second time only one bag. Highly recommend Burleigh Heads Salvos. No issues there.
