The crew were very helpful on the phone, with the quote & even with a diagram of where to mount the struts when I purchased. It took all the hard guessing work out of it. It made an easy install with the struts & turned our normal kitchen window into an epic fully opening window that hinges up & out the way for a great garden view & breeze through the house.
