Great Suncorp bank at Nerang. Easy parking. Mostly fast service
Lovely helpful staff, regular customers here, only thing that keeps me coming back. Outside Atm Inside deposit machine and coin counting machines. Not available when bank is not open. Biggest criticism is at busy times and I go in at a similar time every visit, often there is only 1 (or 2 tellers) open.10 to 20 minutes waiting in line if you are unable to use the machines and no customer service person to help those in line that can be assisted by other than the teller, this used to happen occasionally but hasn't in a long time. Maybe rosters need to be looked at and no one should be trying to balance their till when there is a line to the door.
Don't normally visit this branch and the team were very helpful. Shame so many of the other branches have closed however glad to see old fashioned service values still exist in the branch.

After receiving extremely poor customer service (non-existent to be precise) from both Suncorp and ANZ at Robina Town Centre today, it was refreshing to receive excellent customer service from the Suncorp staff at My Centre Nerang. Rare for any bank these days.
