In 2015 I purchased an investment property a Duplex in Nevenia St Labrador on the Gold Coast. As I live in Sydney I was not able to manage it myself and Super Property was recommended to me by my buyers agent. This was my first investment property in Australia and I was understandably anxious about any problems that could arise. I have nothing but praise for the diligent staff at Super property they have found excellent tenants for me and handled any maintenance issues that have arisen over the past few years. I have no hesitation on recommending them to anyone seeking professional property managers. They also have a great online property maintenance manager and are also available to chat at anytime. By FAR the worst property management company I have ever dealt with... The company itself runs under 3 different business names, at least, and severely lack in communication skills and basic knowledge of tenancy legislation. David Keys has been taken to the tribunal a couple of times that I know of, and obviously lost. I have witnessed firsthand how he acts like he knows better than the judge. He has stolen rent money from tenants and has concocted the most deplorable reasons to keep from releasing bond money owing. He is far from professional, quite rude to deal with, two-faced and childish when he doesn't get his own way. He has been very hostile and sworn at my partner over the phone (for asking a simple question), which is simply unforgivable - you DO NOT speak to women like that! If you're looking to rent through a small criminal organization in the hopes of having your hard earned money laid claim to, for no reason, by a complete and utter moron then sign your name away with Super Rentals... or Super Property Agency... or whatever the hell they change their name to at the drop of a hat.
Rented for 2 years through Super Property Agency - sad to leave! Best customer service can not thank the team enough! Would definitely recommend!

im a tenant of a property that is managed by them. before i moved in i noticed a few bad reviews which worried me. however being in marketing i have learnt that people only tend to complain when there is a opinion of a bad experience and its normally exaggerated. I have now been in the property for 3 months and i can accurately say: Communication is prompt. Action is taken quickly if needed. Everything is documented electronically for good record keeping. David and his partner are friendly and are happy to talk. Inspections are thorough but I dont have an issue with that. All in all they are great property managers. Stuart
