I have shopped with the store for years! They have been nothing but incredible in helping me with all my workwear needs! They have done such an incredible job with the uniforms for my company. The quality is far beyond anything else I have found from many others

Not sure if it's a regular thing but waiting over 2 plus weeks for my boots to arrive when I had already paid for them dissapointing. I can say the service when I was there was good, though no one seems bothered about the wait time frame.

Counter staff weren't very helpful and actually bordering on dismissive. I was searching for a particular type of Brand Name tinted and polarised safety glasses. The shop assistant stated that they didn't sell the brand I was looking for and without taking her eyes off what she was doing, waved her hand in the general direction of a display on the counter and said, "we've got cheap ones over there". I subsequently went to TWW in Yatla, got the particular pair I was looking for and got great service as well. Not only will I not be going back to TWW in Nerang, I will be recommending my friends not to also. Very disappointing.

INCOMPETANT Don't waste your time with this place. Ordered TAFE shirts, paid for them and didn't hear anything from them. I rang them AFTER ALMOST 8 WEEKS OF WAITING and they had no idea where the orders were, blamed TAFE, shirt supplier and embroiderers. Received one shirt 11 weeks after ordering. and was told they would ring me when the other shirt came in. Rang them over 2 weeks later and they had no idea what I was talking about. They finally located my sale receipt and said they would call me back with a pick up date. Surprise, they didn't. I picked the shirt up today and they charged me 24 EXTRA because they had 'uNdErChArGeD me' in the original transaction. Unprofessional, incompetent and useless.
