Huge shoutout to Danny and Christos for going out of their way to help with a bike trade. They met half way to save on my costs, with all the paperwork sorted beforehand, so it was a simple turn up, do the deal, and we all went on our merry way. Christos rang me the following day to ensure I got home safe and was happy with the deal. Top notch customer support and sales. Will be back.

I too don't normally write reviews but feel compelled to share my experience with buying a new bike from the team at Ultimate. I started looking in a bike shop across the road, but they had absolutely no idea what customer service means! I walked into Ultimate and was greeted by a very professional, friendly, helpful (and patient) Danny. He went out of his way to answer all my questions and I never got the feeling I was wasting his time, thanks mate. I would also like to thank Gerry for his help with all the gear, again very professional & a nice guy. I haven't been on a bike in a long time and thanks to Danny, I'm now another happy customer riding my new 2021 Vulcan 900 Classic

As soon as I walked in to the spotless showroom I was greeted by Danny (which is more than I can say for some other dealerships, perhaps I'm not invisible after all). Christos was an absolute gentleman. I've just bought my very first motorcycle, I told him this upfront, and he made the process straightforward and the experience enjoyable and exciting for me. I had to ride past another Kawasaki dealership on my way home, but I'm glad I made the effort to get down to Nerang and see Christos & the team!

Picked up the new Z900 today and the whole process went very smoothly. Christos had all the paperwork ready to rock and roll and even spent some time to put some tank protectors on for me. All the boys at the store were polite and helpful. Great work to Christos and the team. Cheers boys.

I don’t normally leaves reviews. But these guys exceeded my expectations from start to finish.. Danny was super friendly and helpful!! He keep me updated at ever stage and is just super easy to deal with. Young gerry knows his stuff and took his time when he helped me and my young boy get kitted up with all the essential safety gear, and I must say that I’m really impressed with the vip treatment and pricing we got for everything. Phillip from finance was awesome!! He’s very informative and I’m amazed at how quickly he got it all done. From pre-approval to getting the documents to me and getting it settled so we could get on our bikes... I can’t thank these guys enough and highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a bike!!!
