Absolutely pathetic customer service. Email after email trying to swap a shirt that fell apart due to poor quality stitching and the reply was that i ripped it... Even after numerous photos showing how the stiching had came undone. Definatly watch what you buy from these outlets. Dont waste your time, just go to 'cotton on' atleast the customer service is realistic. I will never shop here again in my life.! P.s And as for the shirt i will just cut the sleaves off and hand stitch the disgraceful job Unit has done since its such a hassle to exchange it.! Wish i could attach photos to show.
