I was insured with another Progressive agent for 3 years and thought I was paying low rate, until friend of mine highly recommended Nersesov Insurance Agency. I decided to give a chance and see what Ervin can offer me. He took his time to shop around with all TOP 18 carriers he has access with and was able to find significant lower rate with more limits and coverages. My previous agent did not take his time to review my rates and never contacted me to review my policies. I am extremely happy that I am working with this agency, because they do take their time to help and assist clients, and pass the savings to client. Also, if down the road, I am not happy with a rate, all I would need to do is to contact agency and they will shop around again for me to find lower rate. So instead me calling many insurance companies, Ervin will do all that for me. On Top of that, this agency offers Text Message service when not available, they have constant contact with their clients to make sure every client is happy. I personally recommended this agency to other friends and family and response was only positive.
