The waiting area is always neat and tidy. The receptionist is very personable and friendly. Once in the office the assistant makes you feel comfortable and she was very efficient and friendly. Dr. Ighani is the only eye doctor that I feel comfortable with and his staff helps out with that. He answers any questions that I might have and listens to me. That's very important. I was never comfortable taking eye drops or having them put in me, but when I started coming to this office, one of the assistants told me how to do it so it wouldn;t freak me out, and her patience with me made all the difference. I would highly recommend Dr. Ighani to anyone.

Very impressed. Great attention to detail. The young lady that did my prescription check is extremely good at it. She was worried that my left eye had changed so much from previous, and explained to me that if the new glasses didn't seem to be correct to notify them asap and they would re-check. Well, she nailed it! Dr. Anding informed me I had cataracts, and would probably need surgery for that in future, but see how things worked with the new glasses. Well,,,,, I'm very impressed. I knew things had changed in the last 6 months, but the new prescrip and glasses are way better than I expected! Can't get any better than that! I will have to deal with the cataracts, but I should be good for at least a year, and it's great to have the left eye back on board in regards to the seeing requirements!

I have been going to Nethery Eye Associates for a couple of years now, seeing Dr. Ighani, who is excellent. I have been very happy with the smooth, efficient service. The location right off of 183 is very convenient as well. Highly recommend.

My wife is a patient of Dr. Nethery. Even though we have a health care account (HCA) through our health insurance that has sufficient funds to cover out-of-pocket expenses (deductible or co-pay), the office requires full payment at the time of visit, then turns around and immediately bills the insurance company for the same amount which is then paid from our HCA. We then have to work at getting repayment from the office for the double billing, which is not automatic or easy as they drag their feet at processing the repayment. This has occurred at the last several visits my wife has made to the office. I have requested that she find a different ophthalmologist.

Everyone was extremely nice and made my experience pleasant. I felt Dr. Anding was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. If you are looking for an Ophthalmologist, please consider this office.
