We've been here for 4 days. Family of pension whom we stayed with was very pleasant, nice and very helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfasts were rich and tasty. Pension is close to Annaberg hill which is part of ski resort Dachstein-West where is lot of pistes of many difficulties. I'm completely satisfied and I'm looking forward to visit this place as soon as possible again with my family.

We want to respond to Mr .JACK ???(EVEN if the name is not real!) - he came too late for check-in - in the nigh,t at 23:00 PM, he kicked our door with the legs, because he can NOT use a doorbell or the key. WE are rated with 9 on big special sites, of people from all continents. Is this RACISM?? WE respect our customers, but please they have to respect our rules. IN CIVILIZATION people does NOT break the doors, to come in the house, they use the dorbell, or the key. Pension Rohrmoser REPLY FOR ROSEN TOSHEV: -YOU booked a room with a MAXIMALl capacity for 2 persons and you came at check-in 4 PERSONS! OF COURSE are kids welcome, if they use a existing bed! The pension has rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids ( one double bed and 1 bunk bed ) , but you did NOT booked it, because you had to pay the beds for the kids! When you book please notice if you declare your kids as persons . OR MAYBE NOT? Pension Rohrmoser

The guesthouse was run by a family. Story begun with my mate thought the door won't automatically locked so she went out without key and incidentally locked herself out. She push the door at the first attempt than find out it was locked so she rang the bell. The staff went down and keep blaming on my mate kicking the door. She didn't remember if she did this sequential action or not while she try to push the door so she chose to just apologise . The guy said she was uncivilised and should get out of Austria. We had a talk the next day just try to sorted out the insulting and turn out they were rude and totally racist. Keep claiming how expensive was their door and try to work out on his crappy CCTV to find out if she kicked the door or not which totally wasting time and went vain eventually. The guy even blackmailed us they are calling the police. But after some while the police didn't even show up. Most offensive thing is they keep doing culture profiling (Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean, African are all on the list) and blaming others didn't get civilised (with those similar sentences.) The guy thought they're no law system and luxurious products in rest of the world. All we ask is apologies for what he said but he kept claiming my mate kicked the door we must pay for it but he can't even proof it. I asked him to show us the damage on the door that we can pay responsibility if she did accidentally done it but they said they couldn't do that. He kept repeating the same sentences and jeopardising Korean, Chinese, African always do these kind of things.(with weird grammar). Conclusion is avoid it if you're not white. If you're racist this place is a big plus then. And wasn't too English language friendly anyway. The guy kept asking me to do a review for them so they can defend themselves. So here you go, racists.( can't believe I did a favour for this kind of person)
